FIND A SALES JOB

Posted by John

OK, there’s been lot’s happening behind the scenes here at Hunter Recruitment, especially on the sales job side. You wouldn’t believe the number of CV’s we get from people looking for sales jobs. Everything from pharmaceutical reps to hardware sales.

We are finding that the major problem though is that when you send in your CV for a sales job, you don’t specify what type of sales job you are looking for. This creates all sorts of problems for you. Put yourself in our shoes for a moment. We get a job spec in for a sales position with very specific sales and marketing criterior. We query our database and pull the most relevant CV’s. We also have application and motivation letters and emails on file that assist us in deciding who to put forward or interview.

Now if you have just sent out a generic CV without any thought to what type of sales job you want we are not going to be able to help you. So from now on, every time you forward your CV to a recruitment database, make sure that you motivate what type of sales job you want and back t up with skills and career experience.

So good luck with your sales job application.
