If you hold a bachelor’s degree in construction management, your annual earnings can exceed forty thousand dollars.

You need to extremely flexible in your approach if you want to make a success of the construction management field. Being able to cope in a fast pace environment is a non-negotiable. You must also be decisive and work well under pressure. Delays in the project resulting from unforseen problems are part and parcel of the job. Leadership and management skills play an important part in establishing good working relationships with different personalities in the building industry.
