Hunter Recruitment was born out of a need
for an agency that provides exceptional staff recruitment services
across a broad spectrum of career fields.
Staffed by dedicated individuals who aspire
to the highest levels of service to both clients and candidates, Hunter
Recruitment sets tough standards. The focus is on establishing
long-term relationships with companies in order to better understand
the people and processes that are unique to each entity.
Started in 1997, Hunter Consulting has been
involved in the provision of Accounting, Company Secretarial and
Business Management Consultancy services to a broad range of businesses
in South Africa. It became evident that there was a growing need for a
staff recruitment division in association with both HR and Labour Law
consulting.
October 2006 saw the establishment of Hunter
Recruitment, a division of Hunter Consulting in order to fulfill this
need. With offices in Cape Town and Noordhoek we are geared to be
flexible and able to respond to the changing face of recruitment in
South Africa.
Much is made of the so called "Skills
Shortage". We see this not so much as a skills shortage but rather as
an inability to identify and manage talented staff. We view
this as a challenge to identify and recruit the unique and talented
individuals in the marketplace. These staff include those with
disabilities who are often overlooked, being more than capable of
performing up to and above the standards of their able-bodied peers.
