operational in January 2007.

interview process should our clients require it.

Permanent Staff
We only interview and put forward candidates who meet the
job specification given to us by our clients. Candidates
are reference checked by way of credit history, criminal
record and qualifications checks in accordance with our
standard operating procedures.
In exceptional cases we will forward a candidates' CV without a job spec having
been received, if the client has indicated that this is acceptable.
Both original and abridged CV's are available for each candidate.
Hunter Recruitment offers a three month 100% cash back guarantee on permanent
placements.
Fees - Permanent Recruitment
The fee is calculated on the basis of 20 percent of the employee's
annual total cost to company remuneration package.
Fees - Temporary Staff
The hourly rate for a temporary employee is calculated according to the skill
and experience required to meet the job requirements and according to the
clients' wishes.
The rate to the client includes a service fee,
statutory deductions and benefits as per the Basic Conditions of Employment
Act and current legislation.
Fees - Contract Staff
The fee is calculated on the basis of 25 percent of the employee's
contract period total cost to company remuneration package.
Hunter Recruitment offers a pro-rata cash-back guarantee on contract placements,
calculated on the basis of refund for the uncompleted period of the contract,
subject to the guarantee being validated by the full fee being paid within 7
days of candidates start date.
